Lanark as General Contractor & Construction Managers

With over 19 years of experience in the Construction Management industry, we have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the Residential High End and Commercial Construction market completing both new construction and remodeling projects in the Miami Dade and Broward Counties.

Lanark Construction Corp will do the planning, coordination, and control of the project from beginning to completion coordinating all sub-contractors, purchases and inspections required throughout the project to ensure that the construction process is completed according to what was scheduled.

Lanark Construction Corp will work closely with all local authorities involved in order to comply with any requirement and will be involved from the approval of plans to the completion of the project closing the permits and getting certificate of occupancy, always keeping the quality control that our client deserve.

Lanark as Shell Contractor

Lanark Construction Corp is a Shell Contractor for Residential and Light Commercial Projects. Our scope of work includes the construction of structural components (slab, walls, roof, beams, cast decks, etc.) for custom single-family homes, town homes, custom homes, and commercial offices.

Our Team / Alfredo Viso

Alfredo holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering which has given him the knowledge and expertise to perform and lead numerous projects since 1991. Definitely a problem solver and energetic person with 24+ years of experience with participation in multiple projects including High End Homes, Apartments, Hotels, Restaurants and many more.

Alfredo’s main focus is to provide and exceed all of his clients’ expectations and create a long lasting relation.

Personally involved in each of the projects, Alfredo monitors, supervises and actively participates in every stage involved. Constant site visits, permanent and close communication with clients and the project team, guarantees that each project meets Lanark Construction Corp standards.

Our Team / Ricardo Vera

Ricardo is a talented professional with proven expertise in directing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects, while efficiently managing associated cost and quality control, team building, budgeting, and business development efforts. Proven ability to secure beneficial partnerships through negotiations. Strong leadership and business acumen. Maintain sound judgment and professional demeanor in critical and high-pressure situations. Ricardo holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering and Management.

Nora Elena hold a Degree in Architecture & Design, definitely a design expert in our team. She brings a creative vision and technical expertise to the project, ensuring that the design meets our client's needs once the project is built.

Our Team / Martin Rueda

Martin hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering and he play different roles in our team, from supervising and mentoring construction staff, subcontractors and laborers during the project, also actively enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections and addressing potential issues and very involved in the permit processing, securing necessary approvals from the authorities from the permit application to completion.
